Project / Commission

If you would like me to work on one of your projects, for example: t-shirt designs, sticker designs, book covers, children's book, comics, storyboarding, character design, etc. Please contact me directly at jolece48@gmail.com.

Commissions are reserved for personal uses such as person/pet/character art, complex illustrations, fanart, etc.

How do I commission you?
If you would like me to draw something for you, please go through this page and then click on "I want art!" at the bottom of the page. You can also go to the "Commissions" part of my website and click on the link to the form there.

How much is it?

Base prices are listed in the google form. However, prices may vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

What can you not draw for me?
I will not draw mecha or nsfw art. Besides that I can draw anything you want me too!

What do you use for payment?
Paypal or Venmo! However if you need me to use an alternative please let me know via direct message or email.

How does payment work?
I take half upfront and then the rest of the payment once the commission is done.

How long does it take for you to finish a commission?
It takes about 1-2 weeks for me to finish a commission. It also depends on the complexity of the piece. More complex artworks will take me longer.

Does it cost more to ask for a commission to be done faster?
Yes, it does! Please let me know in my google form and we can discuss prices.

Can you do more then one character?
Absolutely! If you would like to add characters it is 35% off every additional character. (For example: if someone wanted two full body characters, one of the characters would be $55 and the other one would be 35% off of the $55)

How much is it for more complex illustrations?
Please make sure to describe the illustration in the google form and I will message you to further discuss pricing!

How should I give you the references for the artwork?
You can send pictures through email or by sending me a google drive link.

Terms of Service

Edits
Please make sure to communicate any edits to the commissioned piece. I will continuously send updates so that I know I will create a piece satisfactory to one's preferences.

Canvas Sizes
My standard canvas size is 2000 x 2000. The resolution is 300 PPI, and the file format is PNG. If the finished drawing needs to be a specific size or dimension, please let me know before I start drawing.

Refunds
The only situation in which one is eligible for a full refund is if the order is cancelled before I start working on it. If an order is cancelled after I have already started drawing, you may only get a partial refund, as I will keep a part of the payment for any work that has been done. Under no circumstances can one get a refund for a completed drawing.

Additional Fees
The prices listed on my commission sheet are base rates: depending on the complexity of an artwork, the total for one's request might change. There is NO extra charge for small items/props. However large furniture, animal companions, and complicated/intricate designs might change the original price.
There could be extra fees if I am working with no references or designing something new.
